Clause 1.1

Age and Legal Capacity

To register an account with bajiii, you must be at least 21 years of age and possess the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. bajiii reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any account where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Clause 1.2

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active bajiii account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bajiii will close all duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers, and may withhold balances pending investigation.

Clause 1.3

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide complete, truthful, and current information at the time of registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false name, date of birth, or payment method — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. bajiii is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

Clause 1.4

Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or use bajiii under any circumstances:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded or permanently closed from bajiii.
• Employees, directors, contractors, or immediate family members of bajiii or any affiliated entity.
• Any person who is prohibited from online gambling activity under the laws of their jurisdiction.

Clause 2.1

Credentials Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajiii username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party for any reason. bajiii will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it.

Clause 2.2

Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify bajiii support immediately via the Platform's live chat or by email at [email protected]. bajiii will investigate all reports of unauthorised access promptly; however, bajiii is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Clause 2.3

Device and Connection Security

You are responsible for ensuring that the device and internet connection you use to access bajiii are secure and free from malware, keyloggers, or any software that could compromise your account. bajiii recommends using a private, password-protected network connection. bajiii accepts no liability for account compromise resulting from your use of shared, public, or insecure networks.

Clause 4.1

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, and promotional credits offered by bajiii are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Clause 4.2

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the relevant offer) before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. Cash deposits and bonus balances are tracked separately. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the offer; expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

Clause 4.3

Bonus Abuse

bajiii operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use offer; placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (bonus hedging); using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements; and any other behaviour that bajiii reasonably determines to be exploitative. Where bonus abuse is identified, bajiii reserves the right to void all associated winnings, close the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

Clause 5.1

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajiii and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all wagers, and permanent ban:

• Use of bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with games.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploitation of software errors, game glitches, or interface vulnerabilities ("bug abuse").
• Chargebacks or fraudulent reversal of payments.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the Platform for illegal financial activity.
• Sharing or selling account access to third parties.

Clause 5.2

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where bajiii reasonably suspects or determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, bajiii may: suspend the account pending investigation; void any wager placed during the period of suspected misconduct; withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of the investigation; permanently close the account; and/or refer the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities. bajiii's determination in such matters is final, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Clause 8.

Clause 6.1

Ownership of Platform Content

All content appearing on the bajiii Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, icons, page layouts, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of bajiii or its licensed third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

Clause 6.2

Prohibited Use of Platform Content

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bajiii. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of bajiii's intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

Clause 7.1

Platform Availability

bajiii provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, connectivity issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. bajiii is not liable for any loss — including loss of winnings — resulting from Platform downtime, game interruptions, or technical failures beyond bajiii's reasonable control.

Clause 7.2

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajiii's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bajiii is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

Clause 7.3

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that there is no guarantee of winning. bajiii does not represent or warrant that any particular game outcome is predictable or that any strategy will result in profit. You participate in all games entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for your wagering decisions.

Clause 8.1

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute relating to your account, a wager outcome, a payment, or any other matter covered by these Terms, you must first contact bajiii's customer support team via the Platform's live chat or by email at [email protected] and allow a minimum of 14 days for bajiii to investigate and respond. bajiii's decision on all game-outcome disputes is final where the outcome has been determined by a certified RNG or a live-dealer session recorded on server logs.

Clause 8.2

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using bajiii, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear such matters and agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Clause 9.1

Responsible Gaming Tools

bajiii provides all players with access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost and without restriction: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time alerts; loss limits; cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks); and self-exclusion (6 months to permanent). Clause 9.2

Self-Exclusion

If you choose to self-exclude, bajiii will close your account for the duration you select and will make all reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new account during that period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, you will not receive promotional communications from bajiii. Permanent self-exclusion may be requested in writing by emailing [email protected].

Clause 9.3

Account Closure by Player

You may request to close your bajiii account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Clause 10.1

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Clause 10.2

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with bajiii's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bajiii with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

Clause 10.3

Language

These Terms are drawn up in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English-language version shall take precedence in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.
