Section 2.1

Account Administration and Service Delivery

We use your registration data to create and manage your bajiii account, authenticate your identity at login, process deposits and withdrawals, credit bonuses, and provide customer support. This processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you.

Section 2.2

Identity Verification and Regulatory Compliance

bajiii is obligated to verify the identity of all players and to conduct ongoing anti-money laundering (AML) checks. We use your identity documents, payment records, and transaction history for this purpose. Compliance with these obligations is a legal requirement and cannot be waived by individual players.

Section 2.3

Fraud Prevention and Platform Security

We process technical data — including IP addresses, device fingerprints, and behavioural patterns — to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, unauthorised account access, bonus abuse, and collusion. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a safe and fair platform for all players.

Section 2.4

Responsible Gaming Monitoring

bajiii uses game session data, deposit history, and behavioural indicators to identify players who may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling. Where such indicators are detected, our responsible gaming team may reach out proactively. This processing is carried out in the player's vital interest and in the public interest of promoting safe gambling practices.

Section 2.5

Marketing and Promotional Communications

With your consent, we may send you promotional emails, SMS messages, or in-platform notifications about bonuses, tournaments, new games, and seasonal promotions relevant to the Bangladesh market (e.g., Eid offers, BPL cricket specials, Pohela Boishakh celebrations). You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by contacting our support team. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

Section 2.6

Platform Improvement and Analytics

We use aggregated, anonymised behavioural data to analyse how players interact with bajiii, to improve game selection, optimise page performance, and develop new features. This analysis does not identify individual users and is carried out under our legitimate interest in improving the Platform.

Section 3.1

Service Providers and Data Processors

We share personal data with third-party service providers who process data on our behalf under written data processing agreements. These include: payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank); KYC and identity verification providers; fraud detection and AML screening services; cloud hosting and data storage providers; customer support platform providers; and email and SMS delivery services. All processors are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed by bajiii and to maintain appropriate security measures.

Section 3.2

Game Providers

To resolve game disputes or conduct audits, bajiii may share limited session data with licensed game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. This data is limited to the information strictly necessary to verify the outcome of the relevant game session and is not used by game providers for any independent purpose.

Section 3.3

Legal and Regulatory Disclosures

bajiii may disclose personal data to law enforcement agencies, courts, or regulatory authorities where required to do so by applicable law, court order, or other binding legal process. In such cases, bajiii will disclose only the minimum data required to comply with the relevant obligation and will, where legally permitted, notify the affected player before disclosure.

Section 3.4

Business Transfers

In the event that bajiii undergoes a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or restructuring, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction. bajiii will notify affected players of any such transfer and ensure that the receiving entity is bound by data protection obligations at least as protective as those set out in this Policy.

Section 4.1

Retention Periods

bajiii retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period of five (5) years after account closure, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law (for example, AML regulations commonly require financial records to be retained for a minimum of five years from the date of the relevant transaction). Game session logs are retained for a minimum of three (3) years to support dispute resolution and audit requirements.

Section 4.2

Deletion and Anonymisation

Once the applicable retention period has expired, bajiii will either securely delete your personal data or anonymise it so that it can no longer be attributed to you. Anonymised data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes. Where deletion is technically difficult to achieve immediately (for example, in backup archives), bajiii will isolate the data from active processing until it can be securely deleted.

Section 6.1

Types of Cookies We Use

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These include session authentication tokens, CSRF protection cookies, and load-balancing identifiers. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
• Performance and Analytics Cookies: Used to understand how players navigate the Platform — which pages are most visited, how long sessions last, and where errors occur. Data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as language settings, notification preferences, and responsible gaming tool configurations.
• Marketing Cookies: Used, with your consent, to deliver relevant promotional content within the Platform. These cookies track which offers you have viewed and help avoid showing you the same promotion repeatedly.

Section 6.2

Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You can manage or disable non-essential cookies through your browser's settings at any time. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair your ability to log in to and use the bajiii Platform. For instructions on managing cookies in your specific browser, consult your browser's help documentation. bajiii does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Section 7.1

Technical and Organisational Measures

bajiii implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include: 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit; encrypted storage of sensitive data at rest; strict role-based access controls limiting staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis; regular security audits and penetration testing; and a formal incident response plan for data breach events.

Section 7.2

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, bajiii will notify affected players without undue delay once the breach has been identified and assessed. The notification will describe the nature of the breach, the categories of data affected, the likely consequences, and the measures taken or proposed to address it. bajiii will also notify relevant regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

Section 8.1

Strict 21+ Age Policy

bajiii is strictly an adult platform. The Platform is not directed at, and bajiii does not knowingly collect personal data from, any person under the age of 21. If bajiii discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be closed immediately, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the relevant personal data will be deleted without undue delay. If you believe a person under 21 has registered an account, please notify us immediately at support @ bajiii.app.
